A lasting floor starts beneath the coating. Here’s how we prepare your concrete for the finish ahead.
- Assess the concrete
We check the slab and how you’ll use the space to recommend a suitable coating system.
- Grind for a strong bond
Mechanical grinding prepares the concrete surface so the coating can adhere properly.
- Repair before coating
We address cracks and damaged areas where required, creating a sound base for your new floor.

Protection starts before the finish.
We commonly use epoxy as a durable base coat, then finish with a polyaspartic topcoat to help resist UV yellowing. We also use a moisture-vapour barrier to reduce moisture-related risk, even when it is not an obvious concern.

Our non-porous systems help resist staining from oil, coolant, brake fluid, solvents and other spills. They also help resist hot-tire pickup, impacts and abrasion from heavy traffic, vehicles, forklifts, weights and dropped tools.
